Our knowledge and thematic experience

Our thematic experience includes :

A great mastery of the methods of promoting participatory development and issues of support to agricultural enterprises: technical assistance for the design of initiatives and projects adapted to their needs and capacities, capacity building in management and governance, marketing of products, self-evaluation of performance, etc.

A good knowledge of agricultural value chains and the problems related to their development: due to our collaboration with various partners (USADF, AGRA, PCESA, USAID etc.) on various value chains (cashew, shea, sesame, maize, onions, banana, ginger, poultry, livestock-meat, rice, etc.) we have acquired expertise in the promotion of intra and inter-linkage relations, on issues of economic and financial profitability, markets and financing of value chains ;

Advisory and support for the development of SMEs and companies in difficulty (strategic diagnosis, technical and market studies, financial analysis, consulting support for the choice of investments, search for markets and business partners): through mandates carried out with various structures including Maison de l’Entreprise -Burkina Faso (MEBF), West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU), Bureau de Restructuration et de Mise à Niveau des Entreprises, or directly for the benefit of companies: MOABLAOU, FILSHA, AGROSERV, etc.

Facilitation of access to financing and markets for enterprises and organizations: in the framework of collaborations with USADF, the United Nations Capital Development Funds (UNCDF), le Programme de Croissance Economique dans le Secteur Agricole  (PCESA), African Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) as a financial facilitator between, on the one hand, banks and enterprises and organizations requesting credit and, on the other hand, between these enterprises and organizations and their clients. We have developed good connections with almost all banks, microfinance, and collateral institutions: ECOBANK, ORABANK, CBI, BOA, SOFIGIB, Caisse Populaire, etc.

Training and promotion of youth self-employment: within the framework of our collaboration with the Support Fonds d’Appui aux Initiatives des Jeunes (FAIJ) of the Ministry of Youth and Projet Emplois des jeunes et Développement des Compétences (PEJDC)

Capacity building in management of organizations and enterprises: or with enterprises (Moablaou, Sourou Barka, FPK, etc.): we have provided numerous training and support for the implementation of accounting and management tools within the framework of USADF and other mandates (with OUEA, various enterprises (Moablabou, FPK, SEMAFORT, etc.), etc.) ;

Irrigation: since 2014, we have been providing technical assistance to the Agricultural Water Users’ Organizations (Organisations d’Usagers de l’Eau Agricole -OUEA) for the autonomous management of the irrigation infrastructures built under the Compact: maintenance and upkeep of the infrastructures by the OUEA, evaluation of the needs of the various crops, invoiced services for access to agricultural water, etc.
